Dr. Rutherford holds degrees from Washington State University and the University of Washington School of Medicine. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Maternal-Fetal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a past President of the Washington State Obstetrical Association and previously served as Medical Director of Women’s and Children’s Services at EvergreenHealth, where she was also founding Medical Director of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Program.
Christi holds a BS in Nursing from Seattle Pacific University and a Masters in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner program) from Gonzaga University. She has over 20 years of nursing experience working for local providers including Swedish Medical Center and EvergreenHealth. Christi is passionate about education and partnering with patients to support their optimal wellness.
Kris has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington and a Masters in Nursing from the University of Arizona. In 2017 she added a Family Nurse Practitioner certificate from Seattle Pacific University. Kris enjoys partnering with patients in pursuing their health goals. In her spare time she loves getting outdoors as much as possible.
Annabell received her CMA certification from Charter College in Yakima, WA. She has a deep love for women’s healthcare and became our team’s first CMA in June 2020.
Helen received a Master’s degree in Social Work (with a focus on Administration and Public Policy) from the University of Washington, where she also earned a BA in Women’s Studies. She co-founded 3W with friend Melanie Gibbs in 2012 and has since served as Advisory Board Member (2012-present), Advancement Director (2015-17), Executive Director (2017-20), and now CEO (2020-present).
Taylor holds a BA in Management from Northwest University. She joined 3W in January 2018 as Office Manager and later became Executive Assistant in April 2020. Taylor was instrumental in helping 3W attain AAAHC accreditation in 2019.
She primarily serves the clinic in its fundraising efforts and enjoys traveling and outdoor activities in her spare time.
Lauren holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington. She is also a Certified Nursing Assistant and is currently pursuing FEMM coordinator certification. She first joined 3W as a medical volunteer in 2018 and then became office manager in March 2020. Lauren loves women’s health and is passionate about caring for the whole patient.
Mike holds a BA in English with a Creative Writing emphasis from the University of Washington and has over a decade of experience working in digital media, with a particular focus on videography and video editing. He produced our patient video, edits our weekly podcast, and works behind the scenes in support of 3W’s advancement department.
Alejandra is a native Washingtonian and a graduate of Shoreline Community College with an associate degree in General Studies. She joined 3W in October 2020 and took on the responsibility of managing our social media accounts. Alejandra is very passionate about women’s health and enjoys singing and playing the guitar in her spare time.
Marisol will be graduating from the University of Washington with a BA in Political Science and a Minor in Nutrition in Spring 2021. She first joined 3W as a marketing intern in 2020 and assumed the role of Hispanic Community Advocate in 2021. Marisol is an avid runner and espresso enthusiast but most of all has a great passion for social issues, especially those pertaining to women.
Alicia will be finishing her degree in Biomedical Sciences in 2022, with the goal of becoming an OB/GYN in medical school after graduation. She started as a Medical Volunteer with 3W while at home during breaks from university and became 3W’s first Clinic Intern in 2021. She assists with both the administrative and medical side of patient care and loves providing services for women in need.
