Corrie, MBA, MSN, RN, NE-BC
President
Corrie has over 20 years of nursing experience, including the last 12 working in nursing leadership with direct oversight of clinical operations at both large and small hospital systems as well as outpatient settings. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Whitworth University and her Master's in Business Administration and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler.
Helen Nguyen, MSW
Chief Executive Officer
Helen received a Master’s degree in Social Work (with a focus on Administration and Public Policy) from the University of Washington, where she also earned a BA in Women’s Studies. She co-founded 3W with a fellow college friend in 2012 and has since served as 3W Advisory Board Member (2012-present), Advancement Director (2015-17), Executive Director (2017-20), and now CEO (2020-present).
Dr. Susan Rutherford, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Rutherford holds degrees from Washington State University and the University of Washington School of Medicine. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Maternal-Fetal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a past President of the Washington State Obstetrical Association and previously served as Medical Director of Women’s and Children’s Services at EvergreenHealth, where she was also founding Medical Director of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Program.
Juliet
Advancement Director
Juliet comes to 3W after 17 years of non-profit work at the University of Washington. She earned a BA in English at Tufts University and a Master’s in Teaching from Simmons College.
Amber
Clinic Director
Amber has worked as an advocate with a national non-profit serving women with multiple complex needs, as well as with a non-profit that built schools and funded youth education in Kenya. She brings a record of accomplishment in complex case management, together with a capacity to love and lead while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
