Corrie Casey, MBA, MSN, RN, NE-BC
President
Corrie has over 20 years of nursing experience, including the last 12 working in nursing leadership with direct oversight of clinical operations at both large and small hospital systems as well as outpatient settings. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Whitworth University and her Master's in Business Administration and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler.
Helen Nguyen, MSW
Chief Executive Officer
Helen received a Master’s degree in Social Work (with a focus on Administration and Public Policy) from the University of Washington, where she also earned a BA in Women’s Studies. She co-founded WAMS/3W with a fellow college friend in 2012 and has since served as WAMS/3W Advisory Committee Member (2012-present), Advancement Director (2015-17), Executive Director (2017-20), and now CEO (2020-present).
Jen Miller, MSN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Medical Director
Jen is a dually certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, holding a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and a Post-Master’s Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification from the University of New Hampshire. She also holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Anderson University. Her professional experience spans integrative psychiatry, OB-GYN ultrasound, women’s health, and comprehensive healthcare delivery across the spectrum. Jen is passionate about wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle-based interventions, and is deeply committed to building collaborative, patient-centered care models.
Dr. Susan Rutherford
Founding Medical Director
2012-2025
Dr. Rutherford holds degrees from Washington State University and the University of Washington School of Medicine. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Maternal-Fetal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a past President of the Washington State Obstetrical Association and previously served as Medical Director of Women’s and Children’s Services at EvergreenHealth, where she was also founding Medical Director of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Program.
Dr. Adeola Mead, ND
Medical Clinician
Dr. Mead received a Bachelor of Science in biology from St. Francis Xavier University and a professional degree in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University. She is trained in the FEMM and RHRI protocols for the diagnosis and treatment of women’s health. Besides serving as one of 3W’s medical providers, she maintains a private practice in Seattle and is a corporate wellbeing speaker and consultant. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones, cooking (and eating) delicious food, and playing outside.
Heather Deibler, PA-C
Medical Clinician
Heather received a BA from Furman University and a MSPAS from Arcadia University. In addition to serving as one of 3W’s medical providers, she is an Associate Professor and Dean of the School of PA Medicine at Northwest University. In her spare time, she enjoys music, baking, and the outdoors.
Shannon Leach, ARNP, MSN
Medical Clinician
Shannon earned a BS in Public Health from the University of Washington, a BS in Nursing from the University of Rochester, a Master’s in Nursing from Seattle University, and became an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in 2011. She is trained in the FEMM and RHRI protocols for the diagnosis and treatment of women’s health. Women’s health is her greatest passion, due in part to fertility struggles which also led her to become a FEMM Certified Medical Provider. Shannon is a mom of five, a former collegiate soccer player, and enjoys spending time with her loved ones, reading, the outdoors, and skiing.
Rose Gabalis, BSN, RN
Clinic Manager
Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Rose earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio. As a Registered Nurse, she brings to 3W both a passion for women's health and a commitment to excellence in patient support. Outside of work, Rose enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time with her family.
