The “3W Medical” mobile app is provided by Women’s Accessible Medical Services P.S., doing business as 3W Medical for Women. In this Privacy Policy, whenever we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Women’s Accessible Medical Services P.S. Whenever we say “you,” “your,” or “user,” we mean any user of the “3W Medical” mobile application (otherwise referred to as ‘the “3W” mobile app’) in any of its iOS or Android versions.

This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS and Android versions of the “3W” mobile app. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party websites, applications, services, or app stores. We are not responsible for any data collection or data usage by any such third party, including, but not limited to, third party websites and applications linked to in “3W” mobile app, any app stores through which you may download the “3W” mobile app, and any advertisements or other services connected to any of the above. We cannot guarantee the security of any information submitted through or collected by any third party website, application, service, or app store. Your continued use of the “3W” mobile app indicates your acceptance of the current Privacy Policy hosted on this page. By “current” is meant the most recently updated version of this Privacy Policy at any given time. No user information or data is collected, stored, or shared by the “3W” mobile app. Please review Scope of this Privacy Policy, above, and External Websites and Services, below, for important information pertaining to the possible collection, storage, or sharing of your information by third party websites and services linked to or integrated within the “3W” mobile app. The “3W” mobile app does not utilize any third party services for the purpose of collecting, storing, or sharing user information or data. All third party services utilized by the “3W” mobile app are strictly for the purpose of providing content and features we deem useful to our users, such as videos from our YouTube channel or clinic directions from Apple Maps and Google Maps.

The “3W” mobile app links to a variety of external websites and services, including, but not limited to, https://www.3wmedical.org, https://www.wamsclinic.com, https://20612.portal.athenahealth.com, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, Yelp, Podbean, Google Drive, and others. Your use of each of these websites and services is subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use/Terms of Service of each respective website or service, as well as to any other applicable policies and agreements as may be stipulated. The “3W” mobile app does not collect, store, or share any information or data that is generated by your use of these external websites and services. To better understand how these external websites and services may collect, store, or share information you submit to them and/or information or data which they may otherwise automatically collect, please refer to the Privacy Policy (available online) of each respective website or service.
Maps Integration
The iOS version of the “3W” mobile app uses Apple Maps, which is subject to both the Apple Maps Terms of Use found at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/maps/terms-en.html and the Apple Privacy Policy found at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/en-ww/.
The Android version of the “3W” mobile app uses Google Maps, which is subject to both the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service found at https://www.google.com/intl/en_us/help/terms_maps/ and the Google Privacy Policy found at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
The “3W” mobile app asks for your consent to use your location for the purpose of providing directions through the integrated Apple Maps or Google Maps services. The “3W” mobile app does not use your location for any other purpose and you may choose to deny any request for location access when asked. You may also allow or deny location access to the “3W” mobile app in your device’s settings.
Push Notifications
The “3W” mobile app asks for your consent to send you push notifications for the purpose of informing you about news, stories, events, and any other content we deem relevant to our organization and users. You may choose to deny any request to receive push notifications when asked. You may also allow or deny push notifications from the “3W” mobile app in your device’s settings.
Updates to this Privacy Policy
We will periodically review this Privacy Policy as necessary and reserve the right to make changes to it at any time and without prior notice, whether to reflect changes in the app, the law, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. All changes will be made on this page and the “Effective Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the most recent date of revision.
