Marketing Program Manager 

The Marketing Program Manager, under the supervision of the CEO, performs marketing projects, manager orchestrates marketing initiatives from concept to completion, coordinating creative and  technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic  goals. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, managing resources, setting timelines,  overseeing budgets, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and evaluating project success  against key performance indicators. This role acts as a central hub, translating marketing strategies into  tangible results by bridging the gap between marketing vision and project execution. Leading and  coordinating cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, digital specialists, and other  stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to support programs, events, and fundraising.

  • Manage campaigns, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.

  • Lead marketing team and coordinate cross-functional projects.

  • Oversee advertising, digital, and event marketing initiatives.

  • Track performance metrics, provide reports, and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure clear communication with leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 2–5 years of marketing, project management, or related experience.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency with digital marketing, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.

  • Commitment to WAMS’ mission and values.

Other Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a standard office environment.
